Within the app, in your profile section, you will find the **"Withdraw"** option. From there you can:

* Submit the withdrawal request
Once confirmed, the team will process the transaction: \

There are no hidden costs or external requirements, and no additional payment is required beyond those provided for by the game. No human intervention, no real taxes, no bureaucracy.

The Blood Sharks app is periodically updated with new features, improvements and optimizations. \
No download required: simply **refresh the page** to apply the changes. \
We recommend refreshing at least **once a week** to always have the most recent and stable version. The operation takes **only a couple of seconds.**

### 🔹 **Do miners wear out? How does durability work?**
Yes, every miner has a lifespan expressed in days (**365** for Common, **450** for Uncommon, **600** for Rare, **900** for Epic). Once this period has elapsed, the miner deactivates but can be reactivated by paying **75** `RUB`: all applied upgrades are preserved. Legendary miners never wear out.

### 🔹 **Can I upgrade a miner after reactivating it?**
Yes. Upgrades applied to a miner survive reactivation and remain active. You can also continue upgrading it after reactivation, up to the maximum of 10 levels available.

### 🔹 **Does mining consume my CPU or slow down my phone?**
Absolutely not. The mining present in the app is **purely a graphic representation** of the reward generation process. \
It does not use CPU, internet, battery or data: it is purely illustrative and **does not affect your device's performance in any way.**

### 🔹 **How does Treasury Hunter work?**
Treasury Hunter is the official Blood Sharks game. \
You purchase an excavator, choose the terrain to dig and find **real rewards** in `$USDC` or `RUB`. \
You can upgrade your level to increase earnings and reduce waiting times. Every dig always guarantees a prize, proportional to the type of terrain chosen.

### 🔹 **What are rubies and what are they used for?**
Rubies are the internal gamified asset of the Blood Sharks ecosystem. They are not a cryptocurrency nor a tradeable token: they are an exclusively internal tool, designed to reward active participation and fuel ecosystem growth. You can use them to:
* Upgrade your miners up to +50% daily output
* Fuse three miners of the same rarity to obtain one of higher rarity
* Reactivate a worn-out miner without losing applied upgrades
* Purchase the Treasury Hunter excavator
* Buy new miners in the marketplace
* Climb the Ruby Leaderboard and reach the Top 10 for real prizes
* Participate in events, special missions and exclusive giveaways
Rubies (`RUB`) are earned by completing weekly and monthly missions, through the Wheel of Fortune in Ruby Mode, by activating the Ruby Farm (which generates them passively every day), purchasing them in the marketplace, or as a refund from the Refund Wheel in case of a failed fusion.

### 🔹 **Are rubies a cryptocurrency?**
No. Rubies (`RUB`) are an internal gamified asset of the Blood Sharks ecosystem. They have no external market value, are not tradeable on exchanges and do not represent any form of financial investment. They are an internal tool designed to reward active participation.

### 🔹 **What happens to rubies if I don't use them?**
`RUB` do not expire and are not lost. They remain in your balance until you decide to use them.

### 🔹 **Can I participate in the lottery without buying tickets?**
Yes. Every registered user automatically receives 1 free ticket every 7 days, which enters them into the next draw at no cost. Additional tickets can be purchased in the marketplace to increase win probability.

### 🔹 **How do I know how many rubies I have?**
Your ruby balance is always visible in your personal dashboard within the app, updated in real time. This balance also determines your position in the Ruby Leaderboard.

### 🔹 **Is the Wheel of Fortune free?**
In `RUB` Mode you are entitled to **1 free spin every week.** You can make additional spins by paying in `RUB`. In `$USDC` Mode every spin requires a payment, with prizes of up to **100** `$USDC`. Prizes are distributed instantly.

### 🔹 **Can I withdraw my `$USDC` from staking before 365 days?**
No. Once staking is activated, the capital remains locked for the entire period (365 days). At the end you can withdraw your initial capital plus accrued rewards in a single operation directly from the app.

### 🔹 **Can I play "Double or Nothing" more than once a day?**
Yes, there are no limits on the number of games. You can bet from a minimum of **5** `$USDC` to a maximum of **1,000** `$USDC` per game. Remember that lost bets do not go to the team but to the project treasury, which redistributes them as prizes and community initiatives.

Yes, but only in certain sections. \
The risk of loss applies **exclusively to CFM activities, gaming (Treasury Hunter) and gambling**, as these depend on market performance and uncontrollable variables. \

The **staking and mining** sections, however, carry **no risk of loss:** returns are **guaranteed and constant,** according to the percentages established within the Blood Sharks ecosystem. \

### 🔹 **Can I have multiple miners active at the same time?**
Yes. Each available slot hosts one active miner. You start with **3** base slots and can expand capacity by purchasing additional slots in the marketplace or obtaining the free slots linked to your rank (up to **+5** slots at Diamond).

### 🔹 **How does the referral system work?**
Every time you invite a person and they purchase at least one miner, you receive a direct reward in `$USDC` based on your rank's claim percentage (from **0.6%** to **3.0%**). Furthermore, the inviter receives **100** `RUB` as a bonus and the invited person receives **50** `RUB` as a welcome gift. There are no second-level commissions: you earn only on your direct referrals.

### 🔹 **What happens if miner fusion fails?**
The **3** miners used are permanently destroyed. However, the `RUB` fee is fully refunded and the Refund Wheel activates, which can return from **0** to **200** `RUB` based on luck. Only the input miners are at risk.

Yes. When the marketplace is implemented, miners will be available for sale directly in the app, where other users can purchase them. The price is freely set by the seller, subject to a mandatory minimum base price.

### 🔹 **What is the Ruby Farm and is it worth activating?**
The Ruby Farm generates `RUB` passively every day with no action required from you. It unlocks with **50** `$USDC` one-time and allows you to deposit from **100** to **1,000** `$USDC` to generate from **0.04** to **0.24** `RUB` per day. It is particularly convenient for those who want to accumulate rubies consistently without relying solely on missions or games.
